A: Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship outside the USA.

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Q: What will my order arrive in?
A: One of our eco-friendly shippers; A box made from 80% recycled material and 20% kraft paper. They are 100% recyclable via regular curbside collection, printed with water-based ink and water-based glue. Nice.

Skincare Concerns

Q: Do I need to double cleanse?
A: It’s up to you, your skin, your day, your needs. (Our founder, Zoë, does, as she is a SPF-wearing, makeup-wearing person, with a dry skin type, in her 40s.)
Fancy Face, Properly Clean and Juicy Gel are all perfectly fine to use solo, but if you’re wearing heavy makeup or SPF, or if you have drier skin, then you might benefit from a pre-cleanse with oil.
To double cleanse:

1. Massage Fancy Face on your dry face for 30 seconds.
2. Remove oil with a warm-hot cloth.
3. Follow with Properly Clean or Juicy Gel.

Q: Should I use an oil cleanser in the morning, night or both?
A: We recommend oil cleansing at night, but some people start the day with it to remove overnight sebum and prep skin for makeup.

Q: Can I use Fancy Face with oily skin?
A: Yes! Oil cleansers help balance oily skin by removing dirty oils and replenishing good ones. Avoiding oil altogether can make your skin overproduce sebum.

Q: If I have acne, is it okay to use?
A: Totally. We recommend Properly Clean and Clarifying Exfoliator (low salicylic acid) and The Removalist (kaolin clay) for detox and impurities.
