Return Policy

We encourage our valued customers to carefully review and understand Holahu’s return and refund policy before placing an order. You may initiate the return process by contacting us at contact@kmz.dvj.mybluehost.me within 30 days from the date of receiving your order confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

• The product must be purchased from Holahu (verified by order confirmation email, invoice, or shipping label).
• The product is incorrect in size/color, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including warranty card, usage guide, and any accompanying accessories.

Cases Not Eligible for Returns

• The product has been used after receipt by the customer.
• Change of mind about product choice.
• The product delivered matches the size/color as described.

Return Process

Once eligibility for return is confirmed, please follow these steps:

1. Pack the product securely as it was originally delivered (including all accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards).
2. Ship the product to one of the following addresses:

• For customers in the United States: 437 Southfork Dr, Lewisville, TX 75057.
• For customers in Vietnam: 204 Ngo Quyen, Minh Xuan, Tuyen Quang 22000, Vietnam.

3. After shipping, please provide the tracking number to Holahu via email at contact@kmz.dvj.mybluehost.me.
4. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and proceed with your request, including sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the product.
